Massage therapy is the assessment and manual treatment of the body’s soft tissues and joints—including muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia—to help reduce pain, relieve tension, improve circulation, and restore mobility. It is commonly used to treat injuries, support rehabilitation, reduce stress, and enhance overall physical function.
Performed by a Registered Massage Therapist, treatments are tailored to each individual’s needs, whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or seeking preventative care. Massage therapy is a safe, effective way to support your health, movement, and well-being.
Cupping therapy is a soft tissue treatment that uses specialized cups to create suction on the skin. This negative pressure gently lifts the skin and underlying tissues, helping to increase local blood circulation, release muscle and fascial tension, and stimulate the body’s natural healing response.
It’s commonly used to address muscle tightness, chronic pain, reduced mobility, and to support recovery after physical activity. The suction helps promote nutrient-rich blood flow to the area, which can aid in tissue repair and reduce inflammation.
Cupping often leaves temporary, circular marks on the skin due to increased blood flow and minor capillary expansion—these are normal and typically fade within a week or two. When applied by a trained professional, cupping is a safe, evidence-based therapy that can enhance movement, reduce discomfort, and support overall physical wellness.

We are excited to offer weekend classes and seminars focused on massage therapy and common musculoskeletal conditions. These sessions are designed to be fun and educate / empower you with practical knowledge about how the body works, why pain and dysfunction occur, and how massage therapy can help. Whether you're curious about managing tension, improving posture, or understanding conditions like sciatica or shoulder impingement, our interactive workshops provide valuable insights in a relaxed, supportive setting.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other patients in need.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to 50% charge of the scheduled service fee. No-shows may be charged up to the full amount of the scheduled session.
